That sounds like a great project! I've never seen two sunsets that are exactly the same, they all have a unique beauty to them :) If you do this, I'd love to see the final outcome, I reckon it would look great!

It really is inspiring. yeah! Though I often don't want to work in the evenings in case I miss some crazy colours in the sky! I'd rather just sit by my window and watch the sky as it changes.
