My dear friend Daphne lost her beloved kitty Poppy last year, and I have been wanting to make her a Poppy remembrance gift for a while, but could never quite come up with the perfect thing.

In time for her birthday a few weeks ago I thought of the perfect thing - a Poppy cameo pendant! Not as easy as I had hoped, so it ended up being a little watercolour portrait instead, with tiny poppies round the edges:

I'm thinking of making some more for the Matin Lapin shop, what do you think?
