I have finally heard back from all of my Norwegian friends, those based in Oslo as well as those based elsewhere, and they and their families are all OK, thank goodness.
I know, it's been a very brain-screwy experience. For a large part, I was just concerned about the people I know over there, but now I know they are all OK, it's starting to dawn on me about all the other people.

Its genuinely impossible to get your head round the whole thing. It was so good to hear that folk were okay but weird as so many others were not.
